This light bodied but complex tea is spice forward, leading with fall's warming spices of cardamom and anise, and melting into a complex structure of aromatics, greens, and berries that will create a gentle downward spiral into your center and a soft warming experience inside of you, like wrapping yourself up in a warm blanket and connecting with the world, from a cozy-heart centered space. Use this tea to help you remember how to connect from the inside out and feel held and warm by your own spirit.

How long does it last? Our standard tea size is 1.5 ounces. At standard brew strength of 1.5 tsp per cup of water, that will last you anywhere from 3-6 weeks if you drink the tea daily depending on how "dense" the blend is (and how generous you are with scoops, cup size, and time for steeping). Steeping tips are included in every order so you can get the most use out of your tea!
