Soothing notes of lavender and chamomile fill the senses. The traditional use of these plants comes together to soothe and root, a gentle downward spiral of energy releasing tension in the back of the head, neck jaw, releasing the temple to calm and to lighten the load. Allows you to "land softly" with a soft uplift spiral from sacral to throat and circulation at the solar plexus.

Ingredients (Plants): Lavender, German Chamomile, Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Magnolia Flower Bud, Thyme, Red Clover Blossom, Orange Peel, Yarrow

When to Use: You are in a state of frustration or overwhelm and want to step out of that frustration into knowing you are enough, while honoring your experience.

How long does it last? Our standard tea size is 1.5 ounces. At standard brew strength of 1.5 tsp per cup of water, that will last you anywhere from 3-6 weeks if you drink the tea daily depending on how "dense" the blend is (and how generous you are with scoops, cup size, and time for steeping). Steeping tips are included in every order so you can get the most use out of your tea!
