When to Use

• You need to give yourself grace to heal so you can grow, but it’s a struggle to find peace with the process

What to Do

• Restful & light (read: fun) activities: A good book, a movie at home, yoga nidra, naps, sauna, or a hot bath
• Receive without effort: Massage, acupuncture, reflexology – Think healing support where you allow vs. do.
• Ditch the rules & expectations: Your body knows what it needs to do, you just need to allow it.
• Get outdoors: Sit in the backyard, take a mindful walk, or do desert/forest bathing to soak in the energy
• Meditate/Pray: Give yourself the space to not have all the answers, and turn it over anyway.

How to Brew

1-2 tsp per 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 25 minutes while covered (and even better if you leave it overnight). A french press can be used for a larger batch (2 heaping TBSP for an 8 cup / 1L press).
