Rose, florals and a touch of lemon support space for deep reflection. They calm the nervous system and uplift the heart while strengthening the solar plexus (the space below your rib cage) which allows you to build awareness of emotions and needs so you can see a situation from all perspective, honor your experiences, and set and hold balanced boundaries in nuanced situations.

How long does it last? Our standard tea size is 1.5 ounces. At standard brew strength of 1.5 tsp per cup of water, that will last you anywhere from 3-6 weeks if you drink the tea daily depending on how "dense" the blend is (and how generous you are with scoops, cup size, and time for steeping). Steeping tips are included in every order so you can get the most use out of your tea!
