Rose leads this blend with other earth florals and a touch of lemon to help you reflect on complex situations that require you to lead from the heart and all your wisdom to find the most aligned solution. The plants  traditionally are used to calm the nervous system and heart and strengthen the solar plexus (the space below your rib cage) which allows you to build awareness of your needs and experiences so you can set and hold loving boundaries.

How long does it last? Our standard tea size is 1.5 ounces. At standard brew strength of 1.5 tsp per cup of water, that will last you anywhere from 3-6 weeks if you drink the tea daily depending on how "dense" the blend is (and how generous you are with scoops, cup size, and time for steeping). Steeping tips are included in every order so you can get the most use out of your tea!
