What to Do (Getting the Most out of the Blend)

• Cord Cutting Visualization. Imagine you and something that symbolizes your authentic self. Allow yourself to feel what’s holding you back from that version of you in your body. Honor it and cut the cord.
• Ceremonial Bath. Water is purifying. Set the intention and allow the water to support you in your release.
• Letters & Burning Rituals. Write forgiveness letters (to yourself and others). Then burn them to release all unhealthy ties between you and that person or the energy you’re writing about.
  
• Movement or Moving Meditations: Hip openers, heart openers, hip circles, the sufi grind, or Kundalini yoga moving meditations that are opening and clearing and involve a repetitive rotation you can lose yourself in. 

How to Brew

1-2 tsp per 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 25 minutes while covered (and even better if you leave it overnight). A french press can be used for a larger batch (2 heaping TBSP for an 8 cup / 1L press).
