Time to Reset?

Spearmint, citrus, and grass notes come together to give you a “reset” when your day starts running away from you. The plants are traditionally used to calm the mind, activate problem solving, and reinforce empowerment by gathering energy in your solar plexus (under your rib cage) and move it through the third eye (brow area) for clarity and insight.

How to use it: As part of a morning intention practice, an afternoon "reset" (or refocus) practice, or as needed when it feels like you need to step back from a situation and look at it from a different angle.

How long does it last? Our standard tea size is 1.5 ounces. At standard brew strength of 1.5 tsp per cup of water, that will last you anywhere from 3-6 weeks if you drink the tea daily depending on how "dense" the blend is (and how generous you are with scoops, cup size, and time for steeping). Steeping tips are included in every order so you can get the most use out of your tea!
