Ready to align your own energy?
This kit and it's companion course take you on a self-guided journey for 5 weeks to align your energy and fill your cup. By the end of the five weeks you will have played with dozens of tools in your daily life that you can use to unlock your energy to heal, grow, and enjoy life to the fullest. The daily activities generally take less than 30 seconds, making this an accessible way to transform.
The paired online course includes drip sequences to help you stay on track with the deck, as well as customized playlists, instructional videos, and guided meditations to support your integration of the concepts in the kit.
The art is handmade based on the images and activities that I consistently see come up with my clients that help them access more of their energy on a daily basis and find a new, simpler and more easeful way to step into the expansive version of themselves they know is there, but has been covered up under layers of stuff.
Each week has a theme. A tea + 7 cards that pair with that theme to explore throughout the week. The weeks build on each other and actively give you the tools to learn how to listen to and work with your body as a team member and part of you on this adventure of unlocking your energy.
The themes of the 5 weeks are Embody, Explore, Unbind, Upcycle, Expand. You will explore creating a new relationship with your body's messaging system, learn how to interpret it, how to act on it with intention, and how unlock stored energy and disconnect from energy drains.
The teas included are half ounce bags, which are about a one week supply. The teas include: TRANSCEND, HEAL, RELEASE, HERE, ILLUMINATE (ending on a high note and one of our fan favorites)
